Painting Slices of History

Simon Kelsey asked me to paint his home, which I subsequently learned was once the home Christopher Pickering, a Hull trawler fleet owner. I love painting homes, each commission I undertake feels like a privilege. This Coltman Street house is layered with history, with Christopher Pickering’s business partner taking over and then in the 20s the house turned into a children’s clinic before becoming flats. It fell into disrepair and was lovingly restored. Check out Simon and Catherine’s page for their restored Coltman Street home at https://www.facebook.com/114ColtmanSt/

All commissions are works of love and each one is different. I am always delighted to undertake them. I generally work on an A4 sized canvas and charge £60. Other options are available. http://www.andrewreidwildman.co.uk/page_3407082.html
