#1  The first of Hull’s ‘hidden treasures’ are these beautiful deer at East Park. East Park is a great place for all the family with it’s large green open spaces, play areas for the children and animals which include not only deer but the new arrivals – meerkat! The park plays host to some of Hull’s social events throughout the summer. Last year’s Veterans’ weekend was attended by over 50,000 people. This year, this two day event will take place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July.

#2  Holy Trinity is the largest parish church in the UK in terms of its volume. It is located in Hull’s Old Town and was completed in 1425.  This amazing edifice with all its rich history and beautiful architecture can offer the visitor a uniquely transcending experience. The church is usually open to visitors each day, except Mondays. https://twitter.com/HolyTrinityHull
