Where to see my work in Hull

My artwork is in several places in this wonderful city, soon to be City of Culture. It is clustered in certain areas. Let us start centrally.
I have several large-scale works at the wonderful Go Dutch Pancake House in Paragon Square.
They are upstairs. https://www.facebook.com/godutchpancakehouse Do try one of their amazing pancakes. It is also a nice venue for a relaxing coffee and views over Paragon Square.
I have a couple of works at the Brief, a cosy and excellent wine bar in the old town. Try their tapas and soup. https://www.facebook.com/Thebriefhull. Just around the corner two of my larger works are displayed at Kardomah94, a new venue with theatre space and excellent pizza. https://www.facebook.com/kardomah94
Visit the wonderfully restored 1950s venue Thieving Harry’s for delicious cakes. My artwork is upstairs. https://twitter.com/thievingharrys. Humber Street is definitely going to become something of an artistic hub.
On the banks of the river Hull in the creepily historied Annison Buildings are two of my works, and it is a great chance to see one of the city’s hidden gems, a former police stable and undertakers. Ask about an excellent walking tour of the old town here, at https://www.facebook.com/amazinghulltours https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Annison-Building-CourtYard/567765410007809
You need to hop on a bus now. There are several venues in the Avenues areas where you can see my work. If you do not know the city, the Avenues is an area near the university, jampacked with lovely cafes and bars. Let us start at Wagon’s Coffee Bar. You can buy smaller paintings of mine here, starting from £30. It is quaint and quirky and ideal for relaxing on a wet afternoon. Don’t forget to ask for their board games. https://www.facebook.com/CoffeeOnTheWagon
One of my favourite cafes in Hull, and the first to host my work (thank you xx) is the English Muse. Some of my works are here. https://www.facebook.com/TheEnglishMuse
And if you fancy a drink, pop into the Grafton and you can see one of my works behind the bar, and perhaps buy a t-shirt for charity. The HouseMartins used to come in here so you are in good company.https://www.facebook.com/graftonhull.bin.3?fref=ts
I hope you have the chance to try some of these wonderful venues. If you would be interested in displaying my work, selling my postcards or commissioning a painting of your premises, contact me. I would love to hear from you.
