Iceland, and the artwork of Andrew Reid Wildman

Iceland appeals to my sense of nostalgia like few other places on earth. I am intrigued by the cosiness, the bleak and yet powerful skies, little houses with corrugated walls and small windows, colours that remind me of times gone by, a hint of Socialist Realism, a dash of Middle Europe. Little houses of metal, inviting, cosy, secret, special. So I painted them and here is my collection of Iceland-based works.
